At the top of the hierarchy is the Executive Manager, who sets the strategic vision and oversees overall operations, supported closely by the Vice President to ensure alignment and continuity. School Principals lead the day-to-day academic and administrative work, ensuring a safe, effective, and inspiring learning environment. Academic Coordinators and Deputy Principals work alongside them to monitor curriculum implementation, student progress, and teaching quality. Heads of Departments provide subject-specific leadership, supporting teachers and maintaining high academic standards. Coordinators facilitate communication, planning, and consistency across grade levels and departments.
